Anti- Flea Treatment : How To Get Rid Of Them ?

Flea eggs scatter easily because these do not attach to hair. Dispersed on flooring (wooden floors, carpets), they give birth to grubs. Sheltered in their cocoon, these grow into adults within 2 to 3 weeks. They can remain in the latent state for months, and wake up only when a warm-blooded being passes in their vicinity to jump on it and feed on its blood.

In case of a flea invasion, Valmour recommends shock action and a long term treatment :

1 - We recommend a shock treatment with Special Fleas ORKA Jet Spray. Single unique action, meaning the spray will empty itself completely once it is turned on. This formula perfectly distributes the active principle within the totality of the volume to be treated including any cracks. This allows to destroy the majority of fleas present. Average use approx. 1 spray for 30 m2 (or for 2 communicating rooms of 15 m2).
To treat larger size rooms , choose:
Fumigator Insecticide PROFYR: mist without combustion, treatment for up to 40 m2.

- SUPERTOX Insecticide Smoke: active smoke after lighting a wick, suitable for 60 m².

2- It is advisable to extend the days following treatment with ORKA Jet Special Flea Spray or NOXIDE+ Bedbugs Insecticide Spray. These two insecticides are useful as they complement the above attack treatment, providing perfect treatment of floors st especially cracks in parquet, skirting boards or doorframes where fleas can hide. Their liquid formulas are ideally suited to parquet and carpet treatments, where the gas tends to rise rather than impregnate. Approximately 1 liter per 100 m².

 - For professionals or large surfaces to be treated, replace ORKA Special Flea Jet Spray with NOXIDE C+ Concentrate Insecticide. Diluted in 4.5 liters of water, it gives 5 liters of a super-powerful insecticide ready for easy spraying with a 2-liter Sprayer, 5-liter Sprayer or 16-liter Sprayer below. Approx. 20 m²/litre.

Remarks
- It is often necessary to repeat the spraying after a few days to eliminate any fleas which might have been protected during the previous treatment.

For an exterior treatment, use Insecticide NOXIDE C+ Concentrate to spray onto the ground where the surface has been converted: gravel, pavestones etc...Do not apply on a lawn or green plants, where you might often find a great concentration of fleas. In these cases, use Traditional Black Soap VALMOUR, which is a traditional and very efficient remedy against aphids and the spores of certain plant diseases.

It will also be efficient for an anti-flea treatment without harming the plants.
