Hello!What a surprise it was to receive this email! I was not expecting a 10-year followup! I was excited to learn I was one of your first online customers. My father still has the box I ordered from you, and loves it. I even attached photos of the box I took tonight. My father keeps it in such great condition. To this date we still have not been able to find anything similar in quality to this box here in Toronto. You'd think of all places in Canada, you'd be able to find such a product in Toronto, but no. I guess out here there just isn't the same value placed on leather shoes, shoe care, and well-crafted goods such as those you sell on your site.I logged back into my account and verified the credit was there. Thank you so much! I've asked my father to let me know what polishes or any other products he needs. Once I hear back from him I'll place an order.Thanks again!

Such things can happen. An important issue is how the problem is dealt with when a problem arises. As your products are presented as the best of their kind in the world , so should the service be, the best in the world and indeed it was !!! And it is !!!
