To begin with, make sure that your leather is clean and totally greaseless.
If necessary, begin by applying Stain Remover HUSSARD Spray on areas in contact with your head and your skin (head-and armrests, for example).
Then rinse with Cleaning Regenerating Soap AVEL (like washing your hands before applying a cream). Avoid the use of Marseille Soap because of its high caustic soda content, to the contrary of the Cleaning Regenerating Soap which has been developed  specifically for leather care with the participation of the Technical Center for Leather.

Afterwards, Valmour proposes several products based on mink oil and beeswax, to prolong the life of your leather by protecting it against dryness. Apply approx. 3 times per year. These products renovate the leather by nourishing it, eliminate scratches and help prevent tearing of stitches and the toughening of leather, as well as protecting it agaist ultraviolet rays.
Choose between a liquid, a paste, a wax and a cream, according to your preference and above all according to the state of your leather:

1- Liquid Renovating Balm AVEL cleans, nourishes, protects but also re-colours. Available in 18 shades. Its presentation makes it the product most easy to use. Recommended for new leather without scratches and/or only small discolorations.
Also available to care for mat leather: use Liquid Mat Leather Balm  (see below).

2- Cream Renovator AVEL cleans, nourishes, protects, and re-colours. Available in 20 shades. Product with the strongest re-colouring power, because it contains a high concentation of pigments and waxes (to help fill up  scratches in the best way) . Recommended for leather aged between 5-15 years starting to show scratches and discolorations.

3- Renovating Balm Paste AVEL cleans, nourishes and protects. Available in neutral only. High wax content, adapted for shiny leather.

4- Leather Care Wax Spray AVEL cleans and nourishes. Very practical for braided or perforated leather.

Remarks :

- Apply these products with Polishing Cloths or with a Foam Applicator.
- Afterwards, shine with a Shining Glove VALMOUR.
- To finish, we strongly recommend to protect your leather with Anti-Stain Leather Spray AVEL against foods stains, deposit of sebum on the headrest and dirt. 
- If your leather is not discoloured, choose one of these products in neutral.
- If you want to brighten up the colour of your leather in case of light discoloration, choose the Liquid Balm or the Cream Renovator in the desired shade.
- In case of deep scratches, use Renovating Cream SAPHIR to recolor them.
