Ordering a Made-to-Order Pigmenting Cream

Please follow these instructions to order a made-to-order Pigmenting Cream AVEL :

1- At first, add to your basket Pigmenting Cream AVEL 375 ml by choosing the colour made-to-order. This allows you to pay for the product. Afterwards, the Development of a Made-to-Order Pigmenting Cream AVEL which includes a compatibility test, the research and the development of your cream, will be added automatically to your basket.
2- Choose the supplementary products which can be useful like the Pigmenting Cream Fixing Spray AVEL which is essential, and the Cleaning Regenerating Soap AVEL to prepare your leather.
3- Now validate your basket and let yourself be guided.
4- Please send us your sample to the following address :

and indicate your order number in reference.

Remarks :

- You can send us  either a leather sample (at least 2 cm²), a colour chart, choose one of the colours we propose with other products (see our Color Chart For Shoes) or provide us with a RAL reference ( see our Universal RAL Colour Chart below).
- If you already know the exact AVEL reference for your colour (name of the previous customer and number), send it to us by email : info@valmour.fr and indicate your order number.
- Please note that without a leather sample, and therefore without any testing, we cannot guarantee the compatibility of the product and the colour with your leather.
- Allow two or three weeks before delivery.
- Laboratory closed in August
- In case of doubt and before sending your order, do not hesitate to send us a leather sample to the above address to get advice.
- For the development of two Pigmenting Creams, with two distincts leather samples, you will need to place two separate orders and specify the exact quantity you want for each colour.
