The products of the SAPHIR and MEDAILLE D'OR ranges being very rich in waxes, it is recommended not to overcharge when applying the products. During the first applications of neutral coloured products like Renovator SAPHIR, Renovator Nappa MEDAILLE D'OR, Universal Cream Polish SAPHIR, Pate de Luxe SAPHIR etc .., a surplus of product can provoke very light white veils.
To solve the problem, we recommend to proceed as follows:
- do not apply too much of the product,
- shine immediately after application because the natural solvents like turpentine contained in these products will dry very quickly,
- give a light cleaning with Leather Cleaner RENOMAT Saphir from time to time before polishing.
After a few applications this phenomenon will disappear.
