To care for your suede or nubuck leather sofa, Valmour recommends the following products :

1- Care
- The first step not to neglect consists in cleaning the leather, because it is useless to apply nourrishing or recoloring products on velvety leather which is dirty. For in-depth cleaning, Valmour recommends OMNIDAIM, to dilute in a bit of tepid water and to apply with a Oval Brush SAPHIR . After cleaning, rinse well and let dry. Afterwards, brush with a Cleaning Sponge Suede Nubuck SAPHIR to take off the lustre. If the nubuck leather is thin and fragile, choose this sponge to eliminate dust or superficial dirt, for more rustic leather use the Crepe Brush Wood Saphir. (or the Brass Brush Nubuck Saphir Medaille d'Or for the more rustic nubuck).

- For everyday care or for an only slightly dirty sofa, use Rénovétine Saphir Spray.

2- Stain-removing :
- Non-greasy stains can be removed with OMNIDAIM and/or the Rubber for Suede Nubuck SAPHIR.
- If the stain is greasy Terre de Sommières AVEL allows you to absorb most of it (if it is dry, cover with absorbant paper and warm it up with an iron to remove the maximum).
To eliminate residue of greasy stains or sebum, use the Stain Remover HUSSARD Spray Leather and Textile.
- For snow, salt, water, perspiration stains: use the Stain Remover Hiver Winter SAPHIR

3- Protection
Wateproof regularly with Anti Stain Leather Spray AVEL.

4- Renovation :
If your sofa shows light discolorations, use Color Refresher Suede Nubuck Saphir, which will help avoid the more complex operation of recoloring velvety leather.
If necessary, complete with Rénovétine SAPHIR Spray. Average use 1 spray for 2 seats.
