Caring for, Cleaning and Painting of an Exterior Façade

Different actions can be taken concerning your façade :

- Cleaning : it can become necessary to eliminate moss. After brushing the façade with the Metal Brush, we recommend a treatment with our ANTIMOSS. It is an aqueous product and very effective to cure and prevent moss growth. Does not contain chlorine or bleach, without danger for vegetation, does not alter the treated surface. Spray onto the wall and rinse 3 or 4 days later by hosing (avoid intensive pressure).

- Painting : To repaint your façade, we recomment our VALTEX Façade Paint. This aqueous paint contains latex, which makes it very resistant against cracking and flaking. Velvety mat appearance. Fungicidal action.

- Protection : To protect your façade against water infiltrations, apply a water-repellant. We recommend our Water Repellant Anti-Stain Impregnator LOUIS XIII. Very easy appplication with the help of the duster below, in 2 crossing pulverizations for increased protection on a clean and dry façade. Lasts for approx 10 years, and during this period, water will run down the walls instead of penetrating them.
