Stone ou Tile Floor Cleaning, Stripping or Stain Removing

For cleaning, stain removing, preparing your tile or stone floor before treatment or stripping it, Valmour recommends the following products :

1- Stripping :

To eliminate coats of sealer, varnish or paint, choose either the Paint Stripper Liquid or Gel.

2- Cleaning, Degreasing :

To give back to your floor its original appearance, or before any type of treatment, any dirt or previously applied products must be eliminated.
Use either:
- The Wax and Dirt Remover Louis XIII which is a very concentrate product to eliminate wax, grease, dirt, oil, grime etc...
Or :
- The Stain-Stripper All Emulsions AVEL which is recommended before using the Varnishing Emulsion AVEL for the first time. It easily eliminates up to 10 coats of self-shining emulsions.

3- End of job Cleaning :

Newly laid floors or certain old floor tiles frequently show traces of cement, lime, calcium or saltpetre forming white veils. There are 2 products to eliminate them on terracotta, sandstone and acid-resistant natural stones :
- Use the Acid Based Remover Louis XIII after the laying of the tiles. This extra-strong product also eliminates rust and oil while preserving the joints.
And :
- the White Stain Eliminator Louis XIII for resisting white veils. Its exclusive acid-free formula eliminates the white veils and nourishes the floor tiles in depth. Recommended for terra cotta and red tiles it refreshens their colour and can be use for regular care if the white veils persist.

4- Stain removing :

Localized fatty stains can be removed with the help of Terre de Sommières AVEL. Warm up old stains with a hair dryer or soak them with the Wood-Floor Tile Cleaner / Grease Remover Louis XIII for easier removal of the grease.

Once clean, protect your stone or tiled floor with the Tile Protector Impregnator Louis XIII.

Remarks :

For easy and effortless application of these products, use our Rotary Mop below, without having to stoop or to wet your hands !
