To prevent leather dryness and to protect it from exterior agressions, in-depth nourishment is essential, a treatment made even more necessary because of the finishing products used by modern shoe makers.
Leather beeing more and more pigmented, the nourishing waxes like beeswax have increasing difficulty to penetrate and act in depth, which, in the end, can provoke serious cracking.

- Step one : brush the leather with a horsehair brush to remove all superficial dust. If you are using our products for the first time, and from time to time during regular care, we recommend a thorough cleaning with Renomat in order to remove all residue of resin or silicone which harm the leather and consequently are not included in the composition of our product ranges (this is even more efficent on light colored shoes!).

- Afterwards, care for smooth leather with products based on beeswax, which include creams ( to nourish) and pastes (essential to add shine). Our creams ar richer in natural solvent (turpentine) which permits a better and more in-depth cleaning. our pastes are richer in waxes which reinforce the shine and permit obtention of particularly shiny finishings and patina...For effective care alternate the application of cream and paste : apply a cream every three polishes.

1 - Shoe Polish Cream Pommadier Saphir Médaille d'Or, key product of the range, contains a renovating cream based on beeswax and turpentine. Ideal for the regular care of your leather. thanks to its nourishing and re-colouring qualities, permits extra shine after polishing which lasts for several days (no need to work too hard). Selected pigments for re-colouring, but no colour rub-off on the bottom of your trousers. Available in 12 shades. Let dry, then shine with a Shining Glove VALMOUR. 

2 - Pate de Luxe Saphir Médaille d'Or, a very nourishing traditional polish, based on beeswax and carnauba ( vegetal wax from the leaves of a Brazilian palm tree) and turpentine (obtained from the distillation of pine resin). Let dry, then shine with a Shining Glove VALMOUR.

3 - Super Invulner Saphir Médaille d'Or : apply regularly, protects your shoes against the effects of bad weather, perfect waterproof and anti-stain protection.
