How to care for your panelling depends on their finish :

1- Waxed Panellings : Valmour recommends to alternate the use of Old Fashioned Liquid Polish LOUIS XIII and The Antiquarian's Patina AVEL(2 pastes for 1 liquid). Their strong cleaning and nourishing power protects the wood, lets it shine it and due to the turpentine leaves a nice yesteryear fragrance.

2- Varnished Panellings : Valmour recommends to favour The Antiquarian's Patina AVEL. Its strong cleaning and nourishing power protects the wood, lets it shine and due to the turpentine leaves a nice yesteryear fragrance.
Also use Cleaning Lotion AVEL, and now and again Oil Varnish LOUIS XIII. Very pure and fluid, it cleans and nourishes the varnish without dirtying it.

3- Cerused Panellings : use The Antiquarian's Patina AVEL. Its stong cleaning and nourishing power protects the wood, shines it and due to the turpentine leaves a nice yesteryear fragrance.

4- Oiled Panellings : use Cleaning Lotion AVEL.
