Re-colouring Fine Leather Goods (in matching tones)

To re-colour fine leather goods in matching tones, the AVEL products allow you to use a procedure similar to leather finishing in the tanning industry. These products can be applied on all smooth and non varnished leathers .

1- Cleaning : use Cleaning Regenerating Soap AVEL to prepare the leather (this step is essential, like washing your hands before applying a cream). If the leather is particularly dirty, please consult the product specifications "Removing Stains From Fine Leather Goods" ( pay particular attention to sebum stains).

2- Repigmentation : Once the leather is clean, dry and greaseless, start the repigmentation procedure. Choose among the following products :

       - Renovating Cream SAPHIR for only lightly discolorated leather and small surfaces to be treated like scratches or scuff marks. The result won't be as long-lasting as the following solutions, but can be satisfactory.
       - JUVACUIR which re-pigments, renovates and embellishes your fine leather goods. Very fluid, easy to apply, fast drying, allows a homogeneous application.
       - Pigmenting Cream AVEL, the top quality product for re-pigmenting your leather. Afterwards, the colour pigments must be fixed with the with the help of its Fixing Spray AVEL.

3 - Protection : Finally, protect your fine leather goods with Invulner Protector which waterproofs and protects it against the penetration of all types of dirt.
