Fighting Against Acarids

Dust mites are the principal cause for a number of respitatory and skin affections and are also allergenic.

For an effective treatment of infested premises, Valmour recommends the following:

- A shock treatment with with one of the single use products. Depending on the volume to be treated, choose between the Anti-Mite Treatment ORKA Jet Spray for up to 50 m² (or 100 m3) or the Fumigator Insecticide PROFYR for larger volumes. Both will saturate the volume of the treated room with a vey fine gas to easily attain the acarids. Let them take effect for a few hours, after having closed all openings and temporarily blocked any ventilation shafts. Theses products kill all live mites, prevents grub development and the hatching of eggs and neutralizes waste and dead mites.

-To complete the treatment, thoroughly clean sofas, armchairs, bedding and all the furniture. Use AVEL Textile Cleaner for fabric and AVEL + Bactericide Spray for other materials.

Repeat the treatment withe the AVEL + approx. 3 times/year.
